DIRECTION (STEP BY STEP)
Step1
- First, take the chicken and clean it thoroughly, and then make four to five dip cuts of the chicken.

- Once you take a bowl, put the chicken in it and after adding one spoon of mustard oil, Kashmiri red chili, salt, cardamom powder, mint powder, garlic paste, and lemon juice, marinate it well. And cover this marinated chicken for 2 hours.

- Now make masala for marinated chicken.

- To make the masala, heat mustard oil in a small bowl take it out in a circle, and add red chili powder, lemon juice, garlic paste, curd, salt, black salt, fenugreek leaves, gram masala, and cumin powder. Add more mint powder and mix the spices well.

- Now add marinated chicken to this masala, mix it well with the masala, and keep it in the fridge or outside for 30 minutes.

- Now place the marinated chicken on the stick.

- After putting the chicken on the stick, put it in the oven and keep its temperature low so it gets cooked smoothly, turn it back and forth and cook it on each side for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

- While cooking in the oven, apply butter on both sides, it will give a smoky flavor.

- Now take out the cooked in a bowl and pour chat masala and lemon juice over it. Enjoy with green chutney and onions.
NOTES
- First of all, keep in mind that the chicken should be cooked on low flame only.
- Make sure to make chicken using chicken legs and breasts only.
- Lastly, apply butter 1 to 2 minutes before the time of cooking Chicken because applying butter gives a smoky flavor
