- ½ cup sugar, granulated

- 250g sugar, granulated
- ⅔ cup sour cream

Preparation step-by-step
Preheat the oven:-
- Preheat your oven to 340°f (160°c) fill the bottom rank of the oven with water and place a large baking pan in it to form a batter bath.
Prepare the crust:-
- First of all, powder a biscuit, then roll it into a ball and mix well-melted butter and sugar.
- Take a spring form pan and line it with butter paper, then add the biscuit powder crested and make an even crust.
Bake the crust:-
- Bake the crust in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. After cooking, take it out and let the crust cool.
Make the filling:-
- First of all, take a big mixing bowl add cream cheese in it, and mix well.
- Then take it out in a big bowl, add sugar and vanilla extract mix again
- After mixing all this, add egg and mix well again.
- After mixing this much, add sour cream, heavy cream, and all-purpose flour and mix the batter well until it becomes smooth.
Pour into pan:-
- Pour the cream cheese over the cooled crust of the spring form pan and mix well, levelling the top.
Bake in the water bath:-
- Cover the bottom of the spring form pan tightly with aluminium foil so water does not come out.
- Now place in a large baking pan in the oven (water bath).
- Now bake the cheesecake for 1 hour 20 minutes, or until the cake is set.
Cool and refrigerator:-
- Now take out the cheesecake by opening the door for 1 hour and wait in the oven till it cools down. After it cools down, remove it from the oven and keep it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Serve the plate:-
- Now after it cools down, take out the cake from the spring form pan cut it into portions, and serve.
