DIRECTION (step by step)
Step1
First, preheat the dough to 355°F (180°C). So that the cookies bake evenly by preheating the dough.
Step2
Combine dry ingredients
Take a small bowl and mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in that bowl and keep it aside for some time.
Step3
Mix wet ingredients
Take a large bowl and mix sugar and butter until it becomes creamy. Then add brown sugar and vanilla until it becomes creamy. And mix all these things together well.
Step4
Add eggs
Once the butter, sugar, and vanilla are well combined, add the eggs one at a time. After adding one egg at a time, beat the mixture. After adding both eggs, beat the mixture one more. This mixture should be beaten until creamy.
Step5
Combine flour Mixture to butter mixture
Now gradually beat the flour mixture into the wet ingredient mixture by 1/4 cup. Each time you add a portion of the flour mixture, make sure you incorporate it completely into the butter mixture. Use a wooden spoon or a normal spoon to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Repeat until all of your flour mixture is completely incorporated.

Add chocolate chips
Mix the chocolate chips thoroughly into your mixed dough.
Step7
Scoop your cookies
Now drop the mixed dough by tablespoonfuls or 1/4 cup onto the cookie sheet. Make sure they are spaced at least 1–2 inches apart so that they don’t mix together while cooking.

Bake your cookies
Bake chocolate chip cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. And when the chocolate chip cookies are cooked, take them out of the oven, remove from the tray and place on a wire rack. And make cookies in the same manner.
